In Loving Memory of Ian Jerry Rudman

In Loving Memory of Jerry Rudman

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our friend and colleague, Jerry Rudman, who lost his long and courageous battle with cancer on April 26th.

Jerry joined the Firm in 2019 from Deutsch, Levy & Engel, bringing with him a distinguished and wide-ranging practice. Over the course of his career, he concentrated on all aspects of business law and succession planning, with particular focus on business acquisitions, estate planning, commercial leasing, and structuring business and financing transactions. He was highly regarded by his clients, whose needs ranged from high-net-worth individuals to those of more modest means, and he took pride in providing practical, thoughtful, and accessible counsel to each of them.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jerry was a mentor, colleague, and trusted friend to many, both at the firm and within the community. He represented SFBBG with integrity, professionalism, and his presence will be greatly missed.

Jerry will also be remembered for his warmth, sense of humor, and the personal connections he built with those around him.

A private service will be held by his family in Arizona.

We extend our deepest condolences to Jerry’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
