An experienced litigator, Marc works with the firm’s business litigation practice. Marc represents clients in complex and general commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He represents clients in claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, contract disputes, trademark infringement, contractual and employment matters, and fraud. Marc also focuses his practice on secured lending and banking with an emphasis on financing and the enforcement of obligations. Marc is experienced in all aspects of litigation – seeking resolution through pre-suit negotiation, filing or responding to complaints, conducting discovery efficiently, working with experts, and pursuing or defending appeals. Marc works diligently for clients to make complex facts understandable and tell their story.

Marc concentrates his practice on representing family-owned and midsize businesses in general commercial litigation. He enjoys evaluating and analyzing complex issues and interpreting the law to effectively advise clients. Marc has experience representing metal recycling facilities, community banks, hospitality businesses, automobile dealerships, and logistics companies.
