Jessica has annually been selected by her peers in the legal industry to the Best Lawyer’s “Ones to Watch” list since 2021, a recognition given to attorneys for outstanding professional excellence in private practice. Jessica’s favorite part about practicing in commercial real estate is working as an instrumental part of the full life-cycle of a deal, beginning with a client’s initial acquisition of a property, continuing on through the construction and leasing of that property, and concluding with the eventual sale of a fully-developed project. Jessica’s clients have said that she is so dedicated to her work that it is as if she is invested in each deal she works on.
Jessica co-founded the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation’s Chicago Young Professionals Group and has actively raised over $500,000.00 in funds to bring awareness to, and fund research for, multiple myeloma treatments and therapies.

Jessica’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential properties. She is experienced in handling sophisticated transactions from their inception through closing, always with the shared goals of her clients in mind to get each deal across the finish line.
Jessica has extensive experience in commercial leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants in the retail, office and industrial spaces. She has worked on countless complex leases, including leases with national credit-tenants, leases nuanced with issues related to new construction components and retail leases with numerous applicable exclusive and prohibited uses. Additionally, Jessica is skilled in drafting and analyzing complex declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, and easement agreements.
