Frank R. Cohen

Frank Cohen counsels clients on how to avoid probate and minimize estate tax liabilities and represents executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts, including the preparation of tax returns and the distribution of assets. Frank has lectured before various professional and civic groups in the area of federal taxation and is active in numerous civic and religious organizations. Frank has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1961 and is a former IRS Revenue Agent, Hearing Officer and Instructor.

Frank concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax planning, real estate and corporate transactions, providing clients with sound, practical advice drawn from over 50 years of experience. In his estate planning practice, Frank assists individuals and families in developing wills and trusts designed for their specific needs and to ensure the proper transfer of family wealth and provide asset protection while taking into account federal and state tax concerns.
