Adam focuses his practice on labor/employment counseling, litigation, and commercial business disputes. Those types of matters include employee mobility and trade secret disputes, contract and partnership disputes, employment and shareholder lawsuits, and discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. He is adept at developing and executing effective legal strategies in important, high-stakes cases.
Adam writes a blog for the Firm called “The Employment Spotlight,” which highlights hot-button and trending employment issues. He also supervises the Firm’s litigation paralegals and is dedicated to helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
