Adam also has extensive experience litigating contract disputes and has argued and tried multi-million-dollar contract issues before judges and juries nationwide. He has also led appellate teams and has written briefs and argued cases in both state and federal appellate courts. Adam also has experience in advising both employees and employers in employment disputes relating to matters such as compensation, wages, separation, severance, non-solicitation, and non-compete agreements.
